Pilgrim Street Subdivision – April 8th

Type of project

A public information meeting is being held for this project on Monday, April 8th, 2024, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Stave Falls Elementary School (30204 Brackley Ave, Mission, BC V4S 1C2).

This meeting seeks to provide residents of the neighbourhood with an opportunity to learn more about the proposed development, ask questions, and provide feedback.

The event is being held in an open-house format to allow attendees to drop in and out at their convenience. Information boards will be posted about the proposal and those in attendance are invited to ask questions and give feedback. 

The proposal is to rezone the properties at 13085 and 13033 Pilgrim Street from Rural 36 (RU36) and Rural 16 (RU16) to the Rural Residential 7 (RR7s) Zone to facilitate a 10-lot residential subdivision. All of the proposed lots meet the 0.7 hectare minimum parcel size of the RR7s Zone and will have access via a proposed 18.0 meter road.
